Job Description
IDS is seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer, for ADG Creative, an IDS subsidiary, to lead and deliver high-quality creative design solutions across print, digital, branding, and multimedia platforms. This role involves strategic concept development, execution of design deliverables, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to create impactful user-centered experiences.
Key Duties
• Designs and iterates strategic creative solutions across print, branding, UX/UI, social media, video, and digital campaigns
• Actively participates in brainstorming and idea generation
• Conducts design research, moodboarding, concepting, and execution of design concepts
• Recommends creative solutions aligned with client, brand, and end-user needs
• Communicates design decisions and presentations effectively with teams and clients
• Stays current with design trends, tools, and technologies
• Participates in customer discovery sessions and presentations
• Organizes and maintains design files with proper standards and conventions
• Maintains accountability and time management across project lifecycles
• Contributes to ADG team culture and collaboration
• May supervise others
• Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Master’s degree in a related field
• OR Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of experience
• OR Associate’s degree or High School Diploma with 16 years of experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience (aligned to the education substitution structure above)
• Portfolio required
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly required
