Requirements
five years of experience as a MOS 14E in a U.S. Army Patriot Battalion/THAAD Battery and must have at least two (2) years’ experience in a U.S. Army THAAD Battery. The contractor personnel shall be subject matter expert in the employment, operation, and maintenance of the THAAD system; march order and emplacement drills to include missile reload; initialization & system configuration; RFA drills; establish and maintain communication links; air battle management; air defense tactics; joint kill chain procedures; system maintenance and fault recognition; basic and intermediate defense design; reporting procedures; and served in a position providing experience in: - Tactical Control Assistant at a U.S. Patriot/THAAD Battery - Tactical Director Assistant (14E 40/30) at a U.S. Patriot/THAAD Battalion - BN Standardizations at a U.S. Patriot Battalion - Air Defense Artillery Fire Control Assistant - PMG experience - TCO-ECS and/or TCS experience - Battalion Standardization Team at a U.S. Patriot Battalion
