Join IDS International’s Cleared Programs team supporting secure and mission-critical environments.
Cleared Escorts support secure facility operations by escorting uncleared personnel within government environments and ensuring compliance with established security procedures. This role operates in a high-visibility setting with continuous interaction with customer and government stakeholders. Escorts are responsible for maintaining situational awareness, enforcing escort protocols, and representing the program professionally in a customer-facing environment.

Clearance: Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with Full Scope (FS) Polygraph required
Citizenship: U.S. Citizen

Work Schedule & Conditions
Standard Schedule: Monday–Friday (can vary by assignment)
Shift Availability: Example shifts may include 0600–1400 or 1800–0200; actual hours vary
Hours: 40 hours per week (guaranteed pay even if scheduled for fewer hours)
OT Hours: Overtime opportunities available (time and a half; may exceed 20+ hours per week during high-demand projects)
Flexibility Requirement:
Compensation & Benefits
Rate: $ 41.00 per hour + daily non-taxable per diem (MI&E and Lodging)
Health, 401(k), PTO & Sick Leave, and Paid Holidays are available to all W2 employees of IDS.

- Ensure compliance with customer and government security procedures
- Maintain constant awareness of escorted personnel
- Communicate effectively with security staff, vendors, and site leadership
- Represent the program professionally in a customer-facing role
Required Qualifications
Clearance: Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with Full Scope (FS) Polygraph required
Citizenship: U.S. Citizen
Required Experience:
- Ability to escort and monitor personnel within secure environments
- Ability to maintain constant awareness of individuals and surroundings
- Ability to ensure compliance with customer and government security procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to operate in secure, fast-paced, and high-visibility environments
- Willingness and ability to travel nationwide, including on short notice
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, and move throughout secure facilities for extended periods of time
- Position may require occasional lifting and/or movement of moderate amounts of weight, depending on assignment requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior customer service or customer-facing experience
- Previous experience in government or secure customer sites
- Construction, facilities, or vendor oversight experience
- Experience working in complex or fast-paced environments
- Comfortable interacting with diverse teams and personalities

Flexibility Requirement:
- Must be flexible with shift times, travel, and assignment locations
- Must be prepared to transition to new sites within 2–3 weeks’ notice
- Candidates not flexible with schedule or location should not be considered
