- Additional $1/hour premium on all hours worked—boost your earnings from day one.
- Cost of Living Allowance (COLA): $1,500/month—extra income to offset living expenses.
- Post Hardship Pay: 20% of base pay (e.g., $864/month for 160 hours)—recognizing the unique challenges of the assignment.
- End-of-Year Bonus: $5,000 for a full-year commitment (prorated if hired after January 1).
- R&R Travel Incentive: Unpaid 2 weeks every 6 months; if you choose not to travel home, receive travel cost paid directly to you twice a year!

- Certificates: Must have active CAG certificates/training (no older than 5 years).
