Position:
The Primary Instructor/Site Lead must be able to direct TAFT personnel and effectively interface with USG Team Chief and USG Deputy Team Chief, and fill in for the Program Manager when needed. This person filling this position is required to be in-country.
Duties Include:
- Serves as primary in-country point of contact, lead instructor, and supervisor for TAFT.
- Acts as liaison between, the Contractor, PM, instructors, students, in-country MIL TAFT, USA-SATMO, and the PAF.
- Responsible for the instruction of specific lesson(s) of the Program.
- Assures that students obtain proficiency in each module of instruction before they proceed to the next area of instruction.
- Responsible for the design, development, administration, and grading of all written and practical examinations.
- Responsible for assuring that course goals and objectives are met IAW the PWS.
- Provides instructors and students with counsel, mentoring, and assessment of their academic performance as required.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in managing programs, training, and oversight
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of HIMARS Operations, Logistics and FA Tables
- MUST possess an Active Department of Defense SECRET Security Clearance
